CLINIQUE LA VALLEE - RESTAURANT LA VALLEE

Located on the ground floor of Clinique La Vallée, the restaurant naturally extends the philosophy of the overall project, offering a welcoming, warm and versatile setting. It brings together a café-lounge and a restaurant dedicated to lunchtime service, while also allowing the space to be occasionally transformed for private events.

The café-lounge is organised around a generous central sofa, surrounded by a constellation of armchairs that invite guests to settle in freely. The choice of materials and furniture creates a warm, residential atmosphere: a large rug anchors the composition, while a series of small pebble-shaped pendant lights casts a soft glow. Sheer curtains filter the natural light, adding a refined and intimate quality to the space.

Beyond, the restaurant area is structured around a substantial L-shaped counter combining stainless steel and light wood. Its sculptural curves rise towards the ceiling, transforming this functional element into a strong architectural feature. Integrated refrigerated display cases showcase the culinary offering and contribute to the animation of the space.

A variety of seating typologies accommodates different uses and ways of occupying the restaurant. A five-metre-long bespoke communal table encourages shared dining, while a high counter runs along the glazed façade, offering seating oriented towards the outdoors. A sequence of banquettes provides comfortable and more intimate seating.

The flooring subtly reinforces the organisation of the space. Circulation areas are defined by a natural stone-effect vinyl, while the dining zones feature a herringbone timber-effect floor. With extensive glazing throughout, the restaurant benefits from abundant natural light; the few solid walls are clad in wood, reinforcing the warmth and visual coherence of the interior.
